The first course in this series (Digging Deeper into Word Classes) will have introduced you to some linguistic concepts which are relevant to understanding word classes. In this course, we apply those concepts to the four major English word classes - nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. By the end of this course, you will have a deep, linguistic understanding of these word classes.
